Boldin Gets Crushed

I love watching football and I love seeing some of those huge crackback, youtube highlight hits Ray Ray can still bring it!

But that hit on Anquan Boldin was just downright scary and dangerous. In case you haven’t seen it, here you go… Did you hear the crack from dude’s helmet? OMG I thought dude was dead laying down there like that.

See if that’s my ass getting put to sleep like that, there’s a couple people I’m going to be mad at when my head clears.

#1 I’m mad at dude for launching himself head first at me like that. Not only could he have paralyzed me, but his ignorant ass coulda seriously hurt himself. Yeah you got fined and suspended, but if we ever are on the same field again, that’s yo ass Mr. Postman.

#2 I’m mad at Kurt Warner for throwing that pass like that, leading me into the Bermuda Triangle of pain. Kurt left ya boy out to dry. Watch the pass again. Like 95% of these huge hits are caused by the QB throwing a dumbass pass into traffic like that and getting somebody damn near killed. This one is no different, so yeah Kurt, next time I see you its going to be a misunderstanding.

#3 is the one I’d be 20x more pissed with than #1 or #2 and that’s the damn coaching staff. Why in the hell are you putting your best players at risk like this when you’re down 21 points, with less than a minute to play??? What the fuck are you trying to accomplish? Does the coach’s son have Anquan and Kurt Warner on his fantasy team? I’m just not understanding why you don’t just take a knee and get out of the game injury free. If I’m Anquan, when one of the coaches comes up to me asking “So how you feeling champ?”, I’m Jay-Z style, mushing his ass in the face…

As I type this, newspapers are reporting that Boldin was seen hanging out at the Arizona training facility, despite suffering a fractured sinus membrane and requiring some stitches. His jaw was also swollen, but the fact that he is up and walking around is great. Especially when you go back and watch that hit again.

I’m sure his family and friends were horrified by what they saw and you hope this coaching staff has learned a lesson. When its over, damn it, its over! Hopefully, they’ll never needlessly put their players in harm’s way ever again.
